COLLEGIATE RECRUITMENT

Formal Collegiate Recruitment is an exciting time for Delta Zetas collegiates and alumnae alike.

In order to keep everyone informed, we have listed all of the information and answers to frequently

asked questions here on our website. If you have additional questions or information for us, send

us an email at atlantadzalumnae@gmail.com

For Delta Zeta Alumnae:

Looking for ways to help our collegiate chapters in Georgia? The two main ways you can help is to attend

perfection practices/workshops, and to volunteer your assistance during recruitment parties.

Also, if you know a young woman who would be a great Delta Zeta, please write her a letter of introduction, so the active chapter can get to know her during recruitment. The process is simple:

1. Request a photo, high school transcripts, and a resume from the Potential New Member. Be sure her resume highlights her academic achievements, her extra-curricular activities, and her interests and hobbies.

2. Complete the Recruitment and Legacy Introduction Form.

3. Send the items from step one and step two to the CCD for the collegiate chapter. Contact information can be found further down on this page, on Delta Zeta Metro, Delta Zeta's website, or by contacting Delta Zeta National Headquarters. For simplicity, the items can be scanned and emailed, or they can be sent via the US Mail.

4. Please also notify the SAC and the AAD that you have submitted an introduction, so we can ensure appropriate follow-up.

For Potential New Members/Collegiates:

If you would like to request a recommendation to be sent to a Delta Zeta chapter on your behalf, make sure you meet at least one of the two criteria:

  • You live in or near Atlanta and surrounding communities (or areas in Georgia that do not have an alumnae chapter nearby) and will be attending a college or university with Delta Zeta chapter on campus

  • You will be attending a college or university in Georgia with a Delta Zeta chapter on campus
